There's a saying that "the eyes are the window to the soul", but they can also be the window to your health – not just eye health, but the health of your entire body. Did you know that conditions such as high blood pressure, thyroid malfunction and diabetes can be diagnosed by an eye examination?

We've been taking care of eyes in the Shire since the early 80's. Our name – 'Optopia' – reflects our excitement about new developments in eye care. I believe in optometry of the future and new innovations such as our OCT and digital retinal camera help me detect eye vision problems sooner so you can take better care of your eyes.
